I ordered these shoes last night and I came home today to find them waiting for me! Unbelievable. I'm getting ready to travel to India for one month and these are the only shoes I'm taking. After walking around my house in them for an hour or so I can already tell I made a good and well informed choice (thanks to the other reviewers). I'm totally impressed!

We've used Zappos about 4 times already; we love the choices and the customer service if needed. Their return policy is unmatched by many companies; I applaud them on their expeditious responses as well was friendly, helpful staff. Thank you Zappos!

I love these shoes! A small warning, the sides really are mesh so don't expect them to be solely winter shoes, at least without warm socks. However, true to Chaco style, the arches are fantastic and the rest of the shoe makes me think I am walking on air. Love them.

These rock! I have been looking for athletic shoes for quite some: shoes that didn't have ties, that were "spankin'" (style-wise), that have good support, and fit like a comfortable glove. These fit the bill 100%. No break-in time required. People have stopped me to ask me where I got them and I happily told everyone about my positive Zappos experience. I purchased several different shoes before I settled on these. This is easy since there is no charge for shipping or returns. It's worth trying different shoes if the first pair doesn't work out especially since Zappos selection is great -- but I highly recommend these shoes. I have wider feet but wear a medium width (wide width shoes don't fit well) these were perfect. Again, they are extremely comfortable especially in the warm and humid DC weather. Get them, you won't regret it!

Felt true to size and looks great. Be careful not to over-tighten the straps--if you do so, the sides of the shoe will rub wide feet.

Worth the money!
LOVE these shoes! Never wore the brand before. Excellent fit and support. Really well made. I will buy more of this brand. Wore them for ten hours on my feet the first day and they were great.

Chaco Colorado, same great fit as other Chaco models -
This is my fourth pair of Chaco's. I love Chaco's! Thankfully they finally came out with a red pair. I have chronic lower back pain and knee pain as well. These shoes feel great and I am pain free when wearing them. When I know I'm going to be walking a lot I make sure that I have my Chaco's on. If you are not sure about spending this much money on a pair of shoes, trust me, it's well worth it. No regrets. They will last a long time and can you really put a price on being pain free?
