This sandal looked good and had great cushioning on the heel, but the little ridge that runs across the sandal just below the toes was uncomfortable because it irritated the ball of my foot. The upper straps were uncomfortable, too. Sadly, I have returned them.

I am thrilled with these sandals! They were comfortable right out of the box. The cushioning is wonderful and they have lots of support. I have a bone spur and the pain is virtually gone while wearing these shoes. And the price is nice too. I am purchasing another pair right away!

 |  | Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much!
