I bought these for my 8 year old granddaughter. Even with her very narrow feet, these shoes fit well. I bought them in 3 different colors and now will order a pair of plaid flats. Thanks Zappos. Love to shop with you.

This shoe is fantastic! It goes with everything since it is two toned, silver, and black. My daughter loves the way they look and feel. She gets tons of compliments on them! I can't remember the sizing. I know we either dropped down or went up a half a size. Sorry, I can't help more than that but I know it wasn't exactly true to size. I would read other reviews and see what they say about the sizing. All I know is that we bought the shoe half a size different than her usual shoe size.

I bought these shoes for my daughter for school. After wearing them for three weeks, the toe of the shoe is completely scuffed off as well as the heel! I would not recommend these shoes for a daily wear, rather for a special occasion that your child only has to wear them once or twice!

This shoe is great looking. However, the sides of the shoe are fairly stiff, and my daughter sustained huge blisters from the rims of the shoes in her first day wearing them. They won\\\'t be worn without socks or stockings again!

I'm an adult, but have trouble finding flats in a size 5 that fit. I ordered the grey Kenneth Cole shoes in a size 3. They fit fairly well, and I've received a number of compliments on them. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

Classic Piece For Girls -
This is the perfect complement to a girl's closet. It is dressy and feels casual with that flat ballet slipper look that my 9 year old loves. The contrast of the two materials (i.e. patent and smooth) gives this shoe real character. Very well made, secure fit, and fits my daughter's narrow foot, even though it's marked M for width.

Silver shoes -
These shoes are beautiful and great quality but we have been unable to wear them so far due to sizing. They are way too big. We have kept them for now for future.

Cute, but info on Zappos is incorrect -
We had "a desperate need" for little brown shoes, so I kept them; however, I was a bit disappointed. Zappos said the uppers are "butter soft leather." The shoes say "all man made materials." In addition, they have little to no arch support. They are cute, but they are not the quality that I anticipated. Zappos really needs to update the information on this shoe.

Cute shoe!
Super cute shoe! My daughter absolutely loves it, but it could be narrower, since she has a narrow foot. However, NO cute shoes come in narrow widths.

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
