Gravis Kirra SS04 - Wow, this pair of sandal is worth every penny! The leather is soft on your feet. The sizing is right on too. Also, Zappos really is top notch when it comes to shipping. They always seem to upgrade shipping to 2 day air @ no additional charge. I've bought from them before & will no doubt buy again!!!

	Many thanks. You are an awesome outfit. I have ordered from Zappos in the past and never had customer service like this time. I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes within the past 24 hours and all have been upgraded and I shall receive them this week. You have improved your customer service 100% and I applaud you.
