These shoes were perfect for hiking around Eastern Europe. My feet were warm and dry. They also make my feet look small for size tens!

I have three other pairs of Merrell shoes, and picked this one specifically because they all fit me so well. I ordered these in my usual size (10 1/2), and they were too small. I'd guess they were a 10 at the biggest, and maybe even a 9 1/2. Weird.

I\\\'m very happy with these shoes. They fit true to size, and are comfortable and warm as well as waterproof. Great for walking in the rain and look great with jeans.

Great shoe! I find that any shoe from Merrell with the QForm sole does wonders for my Achilles and fascia issues. These did not disappoint! I have a lighter pair I wore all summer. I wanted something more for winter and these are perfect. I am determined to make my foot pain heal and these absolutely help.

I have a long (size 11), narrow foot with a high arch and tend to underpronate. While these shoes do offer great stability on the trail and through muddy farm roads, they let me down on the paved stretches. There is very little arch support, and the toe box comes up short in my usual size. The Gore-Tex keeps your feet totally dry and warm; good for short walks with the dog, but not good for long trail runs.

The best! Getting these was a bit of a splurge for me, and I considered sending them back (even before they arrived, which in Zappos usual fabulous way, was faster than I imagined). Once I put them on, though, I was hooked. So comfortable and supportive, yet lightweight. I have wide feet, and the wide in my regular size was just perfect, right out of the box. My heel has been hurting lately, and I really think this shoe has helped lessen that. Can't wait to go tromping around in the snow.

These shoes are fantastic. I've had them for about 5 months and used them as my only shoe on a 2 week backpacking trip in Japan, so I wore them for everything, every single day, all day. They survived a typhoon, shopping, sightseeing, 3 earthquakes and even hiking Mt. Fuji! And they are still going strong, still attractive and most importantly: very comfortable. This was my first pair of Merrells and I have since bought another pair of Merrells as a gift for my mother. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Well, the price could be lower, but for what you get, I'm okay with it.

I have not been in "real" wet weather yet, but in the drizzle and wet grass, so far so good. My socks have stayed dry. These shoes are pretty comfortable. I wish they ran a little wider or came in W widths. I love the grey/blue combination- I hate all the tanish shoes out there!

I bought these shoes for fall because I love to be outside, but get frustrated when sneakers get soggy. These are very comfortable and have kept my feet dry even on muddy/rainy days. I have not had any problems with comfort or size. I normally wear a size 7 and I ordered a size 7 and they fit fine. They are a little bit stiff but it has not bothered me.

Great looking shoe and comfortable foot/heel support. Initially, I almost returned the shoe since the tongue was very stiff and dug into the top of my foot/ankle joint with every heelstrike. Instead, I was too lazy to return and ended up hoping it would work itself out and happily it did. Stiff at first, but now I consider a great shoe.

As usual, the service at Zappos was great! The shoes arrived in 2 days and are perfect. They will be worn more once the weather gets a bit colder. Because they are Gore-Tex, I'm looking to wear them in the snow, slush and torrential downpours. Very good arch, just a bit bulky in style, but this could be the switch from wearing sandals all summer.

Very pleased with my shoes. Usually wear size 7 but those fit too snuggly. Ordered size 7.5 and they fit perfectly. Great for day hiking. Very comfortable and supportive.

An ALMOST perfect sneaker. This sneaker was exactly what I was looking for -- an attractive sneaker for long walks with my dog in hilly Pittsburgh and the occasional light hike on gravel or packed trails. Great fit and support. Very attractive. The only downside is that thissneaker gets a bit hot from the gore tex. My feet are usually cold. but I wouldn\'t wear these if it were over 70 degrees. I will buy the regular model for warmer temps.

These shoes are very supportive and not overly stiff. They fit better than most Gore-Tex light hikers I've tried. They do run a 1/2 size small though. I typically wear a 9/40, but had to go up to the 10/41 and they were the perfect length/width to accommodate a midweight hiking sock. It seems to me that these shoes are best for medium/narrow widths, and not for wider feet (although it might come in a wide width). The insole was great for my high arches. The only problem I had with this shoe (and one which forced me to return it) was the tongue. And in this, this shoe is not unique; I've had the same issue with other Gore-Tex light hikers I've tried, even the Mephisto Allrounder Firsts (which I also had to return). Essentially, the tongue is very stiff and thick, and the right and left corners of the tongue press on the bony top part of my feet. For people with bony feet like me, this is extremely uncomfortable, even with midweight socks. It might have to do with the Gore-Tex material, not sure. Again, some other people may not experience the same problem if they have a bit more padding on their feet than I do!

I'm not an athlete but I have heel spurs, and these shoes, and Merrells in general, are as comfortable as it gets for me. They run true to size, but in Merrell sandals I wear a 7.

Love, love, love these shoes. I got them for a recent trip to Maine with my husband and our friends. They arrived the week before the trip and I wore them for an hour or so around the house to make sure they fit. They were comfortable right out of the box except for a stiff tongue that I just pulled up out of the way. We spent three days hiking around Monhegan Island on steep rocky cliffs and through damp forest bogs. The soles have great grip. My feet stayed dry. And best of all I didn't have one blister or rubbed spot. All four of us on the trip wore Merrell shoes and we all raved about how much we loved them.

These shoes certainly seemed to fit the bill. Lightweight, waterproof. I have had them for several months, and they are STIFF! Everytime I hike in them, I come back with my feet killing me. I have had lots of Merrells in the past, and never had trouble before. I think the toe box is smaller than other Merrells, and being so stiff, they just take a lot out of your feel. Support is good. Very disappointed. Will need to find another pair of Merrells. Had the arc-chameleon before, no problem. Wore them as my only shoes for months on several international trips. Was hoping for the same from the siren sport, but didn\'t happen.

I love these shoes! They fit perfectly and didn't require any 'breaking in.' I wear them to my outdoor bootcamp class where the terrain is often damp, but my feet stay as dry as can be. I trail run in them, and last week I climbed a Colorado fourteener in them! I'm a fan!

I am headed to Wales, Scotland and Ireland in three weeks and want a shoe to carry me over five miles a day in rain and I hope) shine. I am sure this will do the trick. Tried it with my rain gear under a hose and no problems with waterproofing. Since I have a narrow foot the tongue actually hugs my foot. It's comfortable with lightweight hiking socks but I did order half a size up from normal. The shoe is lightweight and not clumpy-looking.

The Siren Sport is lightweight, comfortable and cute. I wish it were a little bit softer to the step and the arch support could be better. An orthotic would help. The more I wear it the more I like it. You can\'t beat Zappos for fast shipping and customer service!

It is true what others say about size with this wonderful, cool, lightweight yet sturdy Gore-Tex trail or mud shoe (in my case)...it runs small. I'm using orthotics in it; I almost always wear a 7, that's what I ordered, too small so I got 7.5. If it stretches, it will work, but with the orthotic, which is not much bigger than than their own insert, it is snug. So buy it and enjoy, but do try buying up a size.
