My 7 year old daughter did not want me to order this shoe because she thought it looked "weird" in the picture, because the shoe is curled up rather than flat. I ordered it anyway and for once ole Mom was right about something. She loves the shoe, says its really comfy. She can run and play in it and look stylish at the same time. It seems to fit fairly true to size. She has a narrow foot and can't wear most of the ballet flats. This is a good compromise as the little strap across the top helps hold it on her foot. It even got the approval of her 10 year old sister; that's huge!

A True Love!!
My daughter loves these shoes! She says they are so comfortable. I have had to make her take them off, because she would wear them with anything and everything from dress to her soccer uniform. My daughter measured a size 1, but the 13.5 was the perfect it. My daughter does have a narrow foot and having the snug fit heel helps a lot.

Adorable shoe. My daughters love the shoes but they are a little bit tight on the back of the heel...will probably stretch the more they wear them.

Pretty but uncomfortable in the heel area -
My daughter likes the way these shoes look, but the first time she wore them she said that they hurt her heels. If this doesn't improve I will be returning them. Thank you!

 |  | You need a portal just for testimonials! I am an enthusiastic fan of Zappos! I live overseas but I have a home in USA. I shop the latest styles and fashions on Zappos.com in Denmark, ship them to my USA address and pay with my Danish bank card...no hassle. Your “competition” will not allow me to do that and they place the burden of identity verification on me. When I try to place an order from Denmark to ship to my house in USA they cancel my order. When I call in to determine why they do not use a more sophisticated method of credit card verification like “Verify by Visa” they tell me they cannot reinstate the order. I spend about 3K per month in shoes alone and I am more than happy buying them all from Zappos now. I shop Zappos exclusively now for the great customer service, ease of use, selection and confidence in knowing that the purchases I make will be honored in a way that provides service to the customer. I started with buying shoes, I am now looking at all the other wonderful things Zappos offers as a result of the service and value provided through this company!
