They ran a little small for me-- normally I fit in a 9 1/2 and a ten in these wasn't quite comfortable. However, when I went up to an 11, the fit was a little loose. Unfortunately, the ankle and calf were much too loose in the 11. So I had to go back to the 10, and put in an insole to stop slippage. The ankle is still a little roomy and the calf could be a bit tighter, but it's not too bad-- the 11 looked like I was wearing galoshes but the 10 looks all right. My calves are not extremely skinny, so folks with medium-sized calves should fit just fine, at least in the larger sizes, in my opinion.

 |  | Can I just say, I have always hated shopping for shoes until I stumbled upon Zappos. Zappos has changed the way I shoe shop. Since discovering Zappos, it is the only place I shoe shop. No more dragging from store to store to find the right shoes and the right size. I love Zappos! I have ordered dress shoes, boots and casual shoes from Zappos. On occasions I have had to return shoes because they just were not what I wanted; either they did not feel right or they were not the look I wanted. The return policy is so easy and Zappos does not make you feel guilty for returns! P.S. My husband even shops from Zappos now. He cannot believe how great the customer service is. We love you Zappos!
