Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support
While I love the look and fit of these shoes, the metal piece holding the heel strap in place broke after wearing about 15 times. I was not hiking or walking strenuously, just a short walk home from a restaurant. Zappos customer service gave me Born\'s phone number since it was outside of their return policy. Born asked me to ship the shoe back and they will investigate. This process may take 3-5 weeks. Meantime I bought a pair of Clarks from Zappos to wear while waiting!

These are very comfortable shoes. I wanted something a little dressier than my Ecco's that I live in on weekends. These are nice enough to go to restaurants but as comfortable as my casual sandals.

Great shoes, extremely comfortable. I usually wear a size 9...the 8's actually fit me the best and that's what I ended up with. Since they don't come in half sizes, I went to a brick and mortar to determine the best fit, then purchased from Zappos! They upgraded my standard shipping request to next day delivery for no cost and no apparent reason. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend this shoe, and this site!
