Super cute and functional -
FYI: This review is for the Havana style. I was a bit worried about the brightness of the pink cloth, but was pleasantly surprised to find it was a deeper color and not a shockingly bright pink. The bag is seriously sturdy - you'd have to work pretty hard to damage it. The seams are all well-sewn, the cloth of the bag itself thick and solid. The only place that might be of concern is the stitch holding the inner pocket to the wall of the bag. I can see that tearing away if someone pulls something out of the bag and it catches on that pocket. I'm not worried enough about it to make it an issue, though. There are plenty of pockets throughout the bag, and plenty of room in the main compartment; it was actually bigger than I thought it would be. I could easily fit two thick textbooks, a couple of notebooks, my wallet, a compact umbrella and a few other odds and ends in it. One thing to watch for: If you plan on using the cross strap that allows you to snug the bag to your body/back while very active, the supplied strap will not fit you if you're a large person. That said, I'm pretty sure you can find one that will fit you somewhere; I have one from a Tom Bihn bag that is very, very large, so they're out there. So if you like the bag, don't let that stop you from ordering it.
