These are cute shoes. They are a little uncomfortable. I got to have a kind of retro casual shoe, and they are good for that. But I would never walk a long time in them. The comfort can only be described as what you would feel if you wore your shoes on opposite feet. But this said, I do like them, and I will keep them. Zappos is awesome!

Great shoe! Really comfortable. The sizes run a little small, so you may want to order one a little bigger than what you normally get.

I am in love with these shoes. I was worried they would be too narrow, but I bought them a half size bigger than usual, and I have had no problems. I get tons of compliments on the gray/pink coloring.

THESE SHOES ARE CUTE but they are extremely narrow - strange as New Balance are generally cut a little wider - these are pretty narrow - stay away if you have wide feet.

These shoes are so cute. Unfortunately, the width is VERY tight and narrow, it cut off my circulation as soon as I squeezed them on. I went up a half size , the width was still tight and they were way too long. You have to have extremely narrow feet or skeleton feet to fit into these shows. Very disappointing!

Great looking shoes. They do run on the small side though. I usually have no problems what so ever with this but they were very snug.

Not quite what I expected -
I love the look of the shoe, I’ll definitely keep them, but they do feel smaller and narrower than a normal size 8. And I haven't tried running in them yet, but I think they are designed more for casual wear than for actual running. Completely flat, but I knew that when I looked at the picture. I didn't expect that they would be so tight! If nothing else I’m just happy with the simple blue/brown colors and lack of plastic flash. But I’m still searching for the perfect running shoe. I don't think this is it.

I wanted a sneaker that was cute and comfortable so I could wear them all day. I've heard a lot about New Balance shoes being just that and good for your feet, so I was surprised when I got this shoe and it was really narrow. I don't have wide feet, and have never had a problem with this before, but it made the shoes really uncomfortable and I returned them.

Not Impressed -
I've been a fan of New Balance shoes for years now, and I've never been this disappointed with one of their products before. This shoe came today, and I tore into the box to find... a very flimsy, cheap sole, almost no arch support, and the shoe barely even fit on my foot! I've had issues with a women's size 9 being too large, but I've never had a size 9 so small the shoe would hardly go onto my foot! If it HAD fit, I'm sure it would be comfortable, but not a shoe you would want to wear for anything other than casual activities. I couldn't imagine running or even walking for more than a few minutes with such a flimsy, completely-flat sole.
At least it's a good looking shoe.
Overall, poor quality, even poorer fit, decent look.
