I have shopped here for the last bunch of years for my daughter. She is 16 and very into the trend. She needed skater shoes, but not to be like anyone else. Zappos had the best and most selection; she had a hard time choosing. I have nothing but good things to say. All of the shoes are still being worn and one pair is signed by an entire band because they liked them so much.

I love the Becky Bones story, the design, and most of all the style of shoe. It is also wonderful that they make my size and are mostly affordable. This is my 3rd pair of the Osiris Becky Bones series. The 1st pair I owned was much more comfortable than this pair. I could only wear this pair for about 2 hours walking around due to lack of support and padding in the sole. I understand that these are not walking shoes, but my 1st pair was so much more comfortable, that I could walk for hours in them.

 |  | I just wanted you to know that Zappos.com "wowed" me recently. I have been looking to improve the customer experience in my company for years, but until recently haven't
taken the necessary steps to make it happen. In the last month I have contacted many well known customer service businesses to foster ideas on how to better care for our customers, and ZAPPOS.com has risen to the top for me. You not only sent me some of your 2008 Culture books, but you didn't charge me a cent, and I made sure that I presented this fact to the team at our daily morning huddle. I was also most impressed that Tony signed the book(s)!!! Wow. I want our company to be known as following ZAPPOS.com's lead, and be better at caring for the whole individual as we care for their health needs.
