I've been buying from Zappos for a number of years. I wanted to write an email to say that you guys are great! I ordered something last night I'm amazed at how quickly the order was processed and sent out. I put in my order in at around 9PM last night and the package is set to arrive at the destination early this next morning - pretty amazing! All of my interactions with your customer support team have been great. Having recruited customer support professionals for a number of companies (including many Fortune 100 organizations) I can say that your team is at the top of the list. Based on my experiences I can see that Zappos also has a world class operations/logistics team as well. I'll continue to buy from Zappos and tell as many friends and family members that you are a great company to use.
