Not exactly wide width - These are gorgeous in person but did not feel like a wide width. I even ordered them in an 8, a full size up from what I am, which is a 7. Pretty and hopefully they will stretch out as I wear them.

Excellent shoe - I love this shoe. I actually chose it for its color (camel) because it was exactly the color I was looking for, but was VERY pleasantly surprised by the quality, comfort and fit for a shoe in this price range!

I wear a 6.5 and knowing that they are often too tight, I ordered a 6.5 wide. It was too long in the heel area, but I know I could not have fit in a size 6. I bought heel pads and while I haven't worn them off the carpet, it may work. At least I don't walk out of them this way. The toe bed is comfy. I don't know whether it would be best to return and try a different size or just go with these...

For some reason 3" is the absolute highest I can wear my shoes at work, and these are perfect and comfortable. The faux-croc leather looks a little cheap up close, but improves if you apply some shoe polish. Almond shaped toe is cute and practical. Will order in more colors!

 |  | I could write a novel about my experience with Zappos. Great selection of 8.5AA or narrow. Your Customer Service Reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. I find the shoe(s) I want to order on my computer, and phone to place the order. It is much easier for me to place my order over the phone instead of using the "Shopping Cart." I ordered a pair of shoes, they didn't fit, phoned your company, they told me how to return the shoes, and the next day the new size was delivered before I returned the shoes that didn't fit. The convenience of ordering shoes and speaking with a "real person" is very rare these days. I no longer have to go to stores trying to find an AA/Narrow. No one seems to carry them anymore.
