Nice Shoe - I ordered this shoe after having purchased 2 pairs of Keen shoes previously. I loved the style and color of the shoes, but they did not fit well. The size was smaller than my other Keen shoes and the fit was a bit narrow in both the toe area and the arch. Too bad-- I have to return them.

	I love ZAPPOS! I needed a certain pair of shoes for my emergency medical services courses to become an EMT. I've bought from Zappos before but never thought they would have these shoes...they did! Sadly, my feet were bigger than I expected and I needed a larger size. I called and within 30 seconds someone answered and ordered me the correct size BEFORE they received the original order back. Now that is customer service. The main reason I usually don't buy online...return merch issues, but NOT HERE! Great customer service without a doubt! Buying online usually makes me nervous because you never know if the size will be right, the style or the color, but Zappos has renewed my trust in purchasing online and I will ONLY go through them. I was sad about the free overnight promo no longer existing but sometimes they overnight your items anyway for free! Rapid, trust-worthy, honest, Zappos!
