Another very comfortable Keen - I started buying Keen shoes about 2 years ago, and I think this is the 5th pair I've had – not because they wear out, they don't. This latest model has the look I wanted, and of course the comfort. Every pair of Keens feels like high-end athletic shoes.

Great Keen - I have about seven pairs of different Keen shoes and these are my favorites. I have a wide foot and the toe box on these is very roomy. They fit like most Keens. I think all Keens are about 1/2 size small - I normally wear 11.5, so the 12 fit perfect. Got the all black and they are great leather quality...

Keens are great! I bought these for my husband who says he only wants to wear Keens now. These are very handsome shoes with a slightly more aggressive sole. This makes four pairs so far, and all Keens have been very comfortable and nice looking.

Great shoe for travelers. I wore my Bandons for a solid two weeks in rainy, soggy Scotland, and my feet never even got damp. One day, on the way to Skye, the water even overtopped the laces and still I'm dry. My first pair was too small for my usual size 12 and I had to go up a full size to a 13, but heavier socks made up most of the 1/2 size difference. I walked all over Scotland and would never go again without my WP Keens. After all the wear and tear they still look great as well. We were traveling light and the only other shoes I had were my Keen Austins. I only wore them on the plane.

I work in a restaurant so I am on my feet all day. These remain comfortable and the no-slip sole keeps me safe. Great shoes.

Another great shoe -
I like these because the design is always fresh and they run considerably wider than other shoes. I usually order a wide (E), but in these, the standard width fits great.

 |  | Your team rocks! On Labor Day (9/1) I ordered two pairs of Hunter boots because I wasn't sure which was going to fit best. First off, I get an email the next day telling me I'm receiving my boots priority. So that day, 9/2, I received my boots – after ordering on a national holiday, no less! I was wowed! I tried on both pairs. The ones that were too small I knew I wanted to return. The other ones looked like they had been worn before. I easily printed the return label/form for the smaller boots. I called customer service for the exchange and they handled it effectively and efficiently. She told me to send back both pairs of boots and a new pair would be sent priority. I assumed she meant after Zappos had received the returns. Nope! In fact, I received the correct boots today, on 9/3. How crazy is that? To order boots on a holiday, 9/1, and have the entire receive-return-receive wrapped up 48 hours later? AWESOME! Thank you for your team's great service. I've ordered before and now am even more of a fan for the service I received when something isn't exactly right. And that telephone recording with you and Serena Williams! Brilliant!
