Gorgeous - I bought these for a wedding and they were perfect for the many of the formal parties that were held, I think I wore them with three different dresses. They were relatively comfortable for someone that does not wear heals often. And did I say they were super sexy? They were, I loved them!

Dainty shoe runs large - I ordered these in the gray animal print satin in size 8. It felt larger and would not stay on my heel. (I usually wear 8 and sometimes 7-1/2, medium width.) There is no adjustment, so I would go a full size down so it stays on your foot. Overall, I thought the look was feminine and delicate, but perhaps slightly cheap looking. I returned them.

	It is the little things like the shipping upgrades that put you above the rest of the competition. I buy a lot of stuff online and I am never as satisfied as when I purchase my products through you. Zappos simply sets the bar for me in terms of good customer service and making the customer feel like they aren't getting ripped off. Keep up the good work and thanks for everything!
