An absolutely GORGEOUS shoe!-The Gemstones on the Mushroom/Truffle colored suede shoe are just fabulous (think "Chocolate and Champagne" colored diamonds!). Very Soft, Supple, and comfortable right out of the box! Can be dressed UP or Down, looks great with dark denim jeans! I LOVE MINE!

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
