I love these shoes. I have diabetic neuropathy and have had a hard time finding shoes wide enough to fit without hurting. I ordered my normal size in an XX wide. My only complaint was that I had to purchase heel inserts to keep the shoes from rubbing the back of my heel. After putting them in, I\'ve had no issues with the shoes. They are comfortable and provide enough cushion and support for my needs.

A shoe in every color; I have found this shoe to be so comfortable until I bought one in each color. Now I am waiting to see if Zappos will offer it in another color, so I can buy that one, unless it is bright red.

Nice looking quality made shoe. Can be casual or used for business casual with ease. I feel the size and width are well represented. I have wide feet I worried about ordering without being able to try on but they fit with no problems.

Very comfortable everyday shoe.
This is a great shoe when you're on your feet running errands or otherwise doing a lot of walking. They feel great, as comfortable as sneakers but with a much more polished look. The size runs a little long, but if you plan to wear a thicker sock as I do, they are perfect. I also own Walking Cradles "Trina," a cute flat for skirts or dressy pants that fits great too. I plan to buy other styles from this company.

I bought a pair of these last fall for a trip to Italy and France. I walked miles in them, over rough cobblestone streets in Florence, and all over Paris. And though the cobblestones nearly destroyed my ankles and knees, my feet never once bothered me! I wear an 11W, and these are the single most comfortable pair of shoes I own. I have not stopped wearing them, daily since last November. My girlfriends at work must think I only own one pair of shoes, but it’s all about the comfort, for me. I have wide, flat feet, with very sensitive toes, and these shoes do not bite or pinch or hurt any part of my foot. And they felt this way from day one! I love Walking Cradles! And Zappos customer service is just amazing. I would recommend both to anyone.

I really like this shoe. Am diabetic and now have to wear a wide and still it is very hard to find a shoe that fits well and looks great. This shoe, Billie, fits the bill for both. Hope additional colors will soon be available in my size 7W.

Not a bad loafer -
These shoes are quite comfortable, but because I wear a size 10 they look like boats on my feet because of the long front. Additionally they dye your feet bottoms black each time you wear them, which is annoying. The shoe is quite comfortable but not much arch support.

Wow! I don't like ordering shoes online, but knowing that Zappos has such a simple return policy made me willing to try it. I wear a 12 WW so it's very hard to find comfortable shoes, but these shoes are a PERFECT FIT! From the moment they arrived, they felt so comfortable, and are very stylish. I tried them on with jeans and slacks, and they look great with both. On my wish list, Zappos; same shoe in more colors, i.e. navy, red. Thank you Zappos!

I just got these shoes and love them! I am very picky about my shoes and wear a size 11, so it makes finding shoes difficult. I value comfort over style and find a nice balance with these. They look great with black slacks and have been very comfortable from the first day. Size is true and width is average.

Great, comfortable shoe fits right out of the box, no break in at all.
Wish they had the other colors in stock, hope they come in soon- I want more.

WALKING SHOES -
Shoes felt good right away and were big enough to allow my orthotics. Felt soft and comfortable even when worn 10 or more hours on my feet.

I am very happy that I found the Walking Cradles. They’re very comfortable and I recommended to a friend of mine and she too says she is happy that she bought it. I will be going on vacation to Malaysia and will be ordering more for my family as soon as I get their shoe size.

Felt comfortable right out of the box. No break-in time. Did feel a bit loose, but I use orthotics so the shoe does have room for them if you wear them. The shoe is a good solid walking shoe, very comfortable to stand in. I teach and am on my feet all day. They look fine with pants and jeans, and not bad with tights and knee length skirts. I have them in brown.

I wear a size 13, so have a terrible time getting shoes. This shoe fits quite well, though it would be nice if shoe makers offered a narrow heel like they did in days gone by. My feet are average to narrow width, and my heel is really narrow. This shoes slips on my heel. I am a piano teacher, and the shoe is comfortable for teaching for hours and quite attractive and professional looking.

Great Shoe!
We just returned from 10 days in San Francisco and this was a great go-with-anything/go-anywhere shoe. Very comfortable for city walking and easy to slip on and off for security through airports. I wear a WW and the square toe box was a good fit from day one. No breaking-in period for me. I bought the bronze and that color looked good with jeans and black slacks.

I bought these shoes for a recent trip to NYC. Lots and lots and LOTS of walking, but my feet were still ready for more! Because of the squarish toe the shoe is a little boxy looking, by I can overlook that for the pleasure of being able to wiggle my toes.

Very Comfortable -
These shoes are like walking in slippers. They are soft and flexible. Perfect for people with wide feet and /or joint problems. My only complaint is that the first pair I was sent the leather did not match. One was or at least appeared darker due to wrinkling in the leather. I sent for another pair and they too were just a little off but more natural looking.

This is a very comfortable shoe. I found that they run large. 9 1/2 wide usually fits in most shoes, but I had to return these for a 9 Wide. I have been a big SoftWalk fan and only wore that brand for the last 7 years. I finally found a shoe that is just as comfortable.

I actually bought these shoes for my mother who swore no one made a shoe that was comfortable, until she tried these. She loves them so much she wants some in every color; I need a second job for that request. She said they are extremely soft and fit perfectly she can actually wear them all day and her feet are not sore at all. Thank you Zappos.

A great shoe!
This shoe has it all! The leather is soft and the shoe is just plain comfortable from the first time putting them on! It has just the right heel for looks and should be a staple for most wardrobes. Everyone needs a good basic for casual wear. This is it! I have a wide foot and this works for me. I possibly could have gone and half size smaller but need to adjust for those colder weather socks I might use with them. I love Zappos and will continue to use them as they have easy exchange and returns if necessary. These people are shoe pleasers! Love them! Thanks Zappos!

So soft -
I haven't worn these shoes yet but the leather is so soft and the fit felt just perfect. Being a WW makes it hard to find comfortable shoes that are in style. This seems to fit the bill.
