Loved it!
My son saw these shoes in red/grey in the store. He was so disappointed when they did not have his size. As usual, Zappos came through and he had his new shoes for the start of school. He loves them!

I am pretty jaded, but that really, really impressed me. You have a fan here baby!!! And Joe, my son, loves the "cool" shoes he got! The sizing chart enabled me to measure and actually get a great fit, I had been guessing wrong. So everything your company did came together for a SUPER, GREAT CUSTOMER experience!!!
