Run small, but great shoe! I am usually a 10 and wound up with the 11. These shoes are very comfortable and easy to wear to work with a pant suit or even a skirt. Very stylish, professional, and comfortable.

On Monday night I saw Zappos' owner interviewed on Nightline. On Tuesday I ordered my favorite sneaker, which I can never find in my size (size 5) in any store. Amazingly it was at my door on Wednesday. It's as if they had ESP. I've been telling everyone about ZAPPOS ever since. Finally someone gets it.
