I experienced amazing customer service. We needed these shoes and couldn't find them anywhere. By the time we did found them, we were running out of time and Zappos got them to us. Thanks from a soon-to-be repeat customer.

Great shoe, very well crafted. The only issue I had with this shoe is that it runs about 1 size big. I’m just holding onto them until my son can fit them. In the mean time, still searching for something that he can wear now.

Perfect Fit and comfort -
Footmates's Alex infant/toddler shoes are the greatest. I have been looking for these shoes for a long time for my grandson. They are very comfortable to the feet wide enough at the toe, sides and heels good for the child’s ankles that’s learning to walk also it's a nice looking shoes for little ones. All my grandchildren have had this type of shoes and I love you guys for keeping these shoes for beginners. Thank you.
