Nice looking shoe, but if you have orthotics, you will be dissappointed. I have a high instep and coupled with an orthotic, I need a pretty deep shoe. This shoe wasn\'t the one for me. Really soft leather and a well made shoe. Buy it if you don\'t wear orthotics

Stylish, extra-depth, comfortable shoe -
I wear a 5WW and need extra depth shoes, so it's very difficult to find a shoe that fits and I can actually walk in. Really like this shoe and the velcro closure (I have rheumatoid arthritis). Although it's not as comforable as my SAS Me Too shoes, I could wear it for hours without too much discomfort to my deformed feet.

Great shoe for problem feet!
I have severe foot problems and require two types of orthotics. Although this is certainly not a beautiful shoe by any stretch of the imagination, it is certainly more stylish than most shoes that I can wear, and it is comfortable throughout most of my long days on my feet as a teacher. I have three pairs in different colors and find that they are the shoes I wear repeatedly.

Finally a comfortable work shoe!!!
I wore this pair of shoes to work the day after they arrived. I was able to walk and stand on a hard concrete floor all day in comfort. I will definitely order this brand again.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I am a very happy customer. I wanted to write and tell you HOW MUCH. I have spent thousands of dollars on shoes from Zappos online in the past few years. I live near an outlet and have only been there once. I buy shoes for everyone; me, my husband, my grandkids. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Zappos, never been refused wonderful and courteous service. There is no one out there in the world that I know of who has the customer service you do. It is unparalleled and the reason people come back and back. Zappos is successful in every way because of the customer service. Shoes can be bought anywhere. Customer happiness cannot. I have several stores and online sites that I will never shop at again because of customer service. I only give a place of business, including restaurants, one time to mess up.
