Very cute, could be better fit/comfort -
I love the look of these (I got them in olive). I have bunions and usually wear 7 or 7.5. I got these in 7.5; my heel does slip out, as other reviewers mentioned; I purchased some pads that will hopefully help with that. Also, I was a little concerned that since they're not leather, they may not stretch out well...that still is a concern, I'm not sure if they'll stretch enough at the toe area, but they are really cute and great with jeans.

Great Versatile Shoe!
I love red Shoes so when these Shiny babies arrived I stuck them right on my feet & went out to take my honey to dinner for his birthday. That weekend I greeted a chorus of compliments that everywoman loves to hear... on her shoes. Do yourself a favor though order them a half size larger than you'd normally order. Mine are only Just starting to break in after 5 wearings. but the first few wearings I felt remorse for wearing them immediately out of the house without walking 20 minutes on the carpet to identify the Sizing flaw. That Being said I still love them.

Contemporary Classic!
This is a great shoe. The other reviews are correct regarding the heel slippage, but I purchased Dr. Scholl's heel-slip preventive pads for $5 and it completely solved the issue. The shoe is beautiful & comfortable all day, even though it is a whole inch higher than I am used to. The sole and heel construction is rugged so I know they'll be able to handle some of the winter terrain going from the parking lot to my office. I have never received as many compliments on a shoe as I have on these.

Love the Look...Pinchy Toes Though -
I Love the look of this shoe. It's just that the toes pinch and the heel flops. I really wish it fit. The heel is perfect for skirts or jeans.

These fit my daughter perfectly and are really cute. I ended up with a 1/2 size larger than she normally wears as the first ones were too tight. She loves them.

These shoes kind of look like sneakers with a heel but in a conservative way. The toe is really round, the shoe is very comfortable.

So close -
Love the look and materials of these shoes, but they haven't turned out as comfortable as I hoped. The sole is great and has lots of cushioning. However, my heel slips out of the back and then my toes get squished and I end up with blisters (even though the toe box is nice and wide). I'm planning to try a gel insert in the heel in hopes that they won't slip as much.

Super Sassy -
These shoes are even cuter in person and have the perfect heel height. Because I walk to and from work I am on my feet about 9 full hours a day and these cuties felt just great at the end of the day. There is a little heel slippage, but it tightened up nicely with the velcro strap. The brown and red are really snazzy!

THE best VEGAN shoe -
I am a fool for Mary Jane shoes but have a hard time finding stylish ones that are vegan. I saw this shoe and fell in love even though they were not Mary Janes - nice rounded toe, cool detail and chunky heel that has nice shape. I have the olive color and love the versatility. I wear them with skirts, jeans and some nicer casual clothes. I was surprised to find that the 7.5 was just a bit snug lengthwise when I usually wear a 7 if the shoe is wide and 7.5 if it is not. That being said they are softening nicely. I wore them with socks for two days and now they are the most wonderful shoes I own. They are a bit loose in the heel but I have learned to overcome that! These shoes are perfect for someone who has a wider foot but can still wear normal widths. I would NOT recommend this shoe for someone with a narrow foot or heel.

An absolutely cute shoe. Unfortunately a real toe-pincher and will slip off unless you cinch up the rear. But when you cinch up the rear, this shoves the whole foot forward, making the toes become pinched and painful. The shoe would work well as a Mary Jane with a strap closer to the ankle to prevent these problems. Would be a great shoe otherwise.

Very cute! I thought I would enjoy but it did not last long. Longer I wear, I felt it got heavier. Although there's adjustable strap around the heel, it did not work. My heels slip out of the shoes with every step I make. I bought two pairs and wore one. The other new pair has to be returned.

Funky and fun - Love this shoe, and every other J-41 I have bought this summer. Very stylish and I agree it looks even cuter in person. Comfortable beyond belief (I have a severe ankle injury that limits the style of shoe I can wear). Thank you J-41 and Zappos for this great shoe.

Close, but no cigar -
I fell in love with everything about this shoe online: the sassy burgundy/grey color, retro yet modern looks, comfort and walk-friendly clog construction. And it's vegan, too! Sadly it just doesn't stay on my foot for more than a few steps. Even the velcro adjustable strap in the back, which is brilliant, doesn't seem to help keep it on my foot. A simple, slim mary-jane strap would solve everything, but unfortunately the similar variation of this shoe with a strap is not vegan. Sadly I will be returning these and probably opting for the vegan and slightly dressier Madrid wedge that has an elastic strap. If these can stay on your feet, I am jealous of you and your amazing new vegan shoes!

I love this shoe, it is very, very cute… a lot cuter than what it looks like online, but I had to order it in 6.5 because that's the smallest it came in. I'm a size 6 and these are too big. I have tightened the back strap as tight as I can, but will need to get something to avoid heel slippage.

PERFECT SHOE -
Another super shoe from J-41. These are cute and tough at the same time and look great with anything. Sort of like the "Atlas" shoe, but more comfy with the lightly padded heel, and a little edgier. I got the olive ones, and my next ones will be burgundy. The pictures are great, but in person these couldn’t be better! Zappos always has the best shoes!!!

Great looking shoe with an adjustable heel strap. Incredibly comfy except that my skinny heel slips out even with the strap adjusted; it just shortens the fit but remains too wide for my 7-7.5 A/B with an AA heel. Feels like a B/C overall. I will try a couple of the other new styles and see if they run any narrower. If you have solid normal feet these will look great with a dress. The green of the heel adjust strap blends right in and won't be an issue with most outfits.

Funky, shiny, comfortable -
This is a dress-up shoe that doesn't hurt my feet! The strappy accents and supportive sole remind me that I can run around. Rounded toe, slight heel and silhouette flatter the ankles and complement dresses. Very pretty.
