They're beautiful and fit perfectly, except the heel. They come up very high on the ankle and slip up and down with every step. Back to New Balance!

Ordered this somewhat pricey shoe looking for a comfortable oxford style to wear at work. These run really BIG. Ordered an 8.5 for my wide feet, and they seem more like a 9.5 or 10! They are somewhat cute for the style they are, but couldn't tell much about fit, because they were so huge. In the same order I got some Naturalizer Parama oxfords and I think they are keepers... Oh, well, I tried...thanks to Zappos lightening fast shipping and free returns, it is painless and more fun than shopping anywhere else.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Keen, some Born styles, wide Chacos, Naturalizer

 |  | I just wanted you to know that Zappos.com "wowed" me recently. I have been looking to improve the customer experience in my company for years, but until recently haven't
taken the necessary steps to make it happen. In the last month I have contacted many well known customer service businesses to foster ideas on how to better care for our customers, and ZAPPOS.com has risen to the top for me. You not only sent me some of your 2008 Culture books, but you didn't charge me a cent, and I made sure that I presented this fact to the team at our daily morning huddle. I was also most impressed that Tony signed the book(s)!!! Wow. I want our company to be known as following ZAPPOS.com's lead, and be better at caring for the whole individual as we care for their health needs.
