Very little support. Very uncomfortable. Advertised as cross trainer but extremely flimsy and not well suited for this activity.

These are the most comfortable slip on shoes I have ever purchased. They are true to size. I will be buying a second pair.

Comfortable shoe. The holes in the side of the soles collect and show dust pretty bad. Other than that, I can't speak on long term wear as I have not had them long, but craftsmanship seems great.

 |  | I wish I knew where I could leave feedback because I have never been so happy with making a purchase. I can't even believe it. I work for the #1 electronics retailer in the world and if we could bring this customer service principal to our 1000+ stores we'd be golden, but this is what makes you Zappos, I suppose. I don't need to go into detail with what happened, just know that Zappos is going far. I'm speechless as to how I got treated…seriously, it's hard to fathom. Anyway, keep up the good work.
