Excellent style, good comfort.
I initially purchased the Gato for indoor soccer, but I liked the style so much that I migrated them to a street shoe. They are built to be lightweight, so I wasn't expecting much support, but they are extremely comfortable and supporting. Most say it's a half size smaller, but I really couldn't tell a difference. If anything, maybe a 1/4 size smaller than other Nike shoes. Nike shoes do tend to run small though, so maybe I'm used to wearing a 10 1/2 even though I wear 10 normally.

Buy them a half size larger for more comfort. They seem to run a bit narrow as well compared to a running shoe. I have always felt that Nike should upgrade the insole so I replace them with a gel type for added comfort.

I've dealt with several via phone doing some shoe shopping, and they're always, always, always cheerful and they personalize the conversation. Your staff seems to enjoy their work and makes shopping online/exchanging via phone a breeze. The VIP overnight shipping is great too, but I could do without that as long as your staff continued their positive, personal service to customers.
