	I wish I knew where I could leave feedback because I have never been so happy with making a purchase. I can't even believe it. I work for the #1 electronics retailer in the world and if we could bring this customer service principal to our 1000+ stores we'd be golden, but this is what makes you Zappos, I suppose. I don't need to go into detail with what happened, just know that Zappos is going far. I'm speechless as to how I got treated…seriously, it's hard to fathom. Anyway, keep up the good work. I have many more purchases to come. You sure did WOW me. Funny, that's my company slogan as well.
