I have ordered several pair of the Windsor stride rite shoe for my grandson and every pair has fit him just right, true to size, he has gone from a wide to the extra wide. The shoes are great. I would tell anyone to try them.

These shoes are perfect! Short wide feet are happy and looking forward to winter walking. Zappos ordering is easy and simple; service is fast and accurate. I am a very satisfied customer.

I bought these shoes for my 6 year old grandson as part of his school's uniform shoes. Needless to say he wore them the entire school year. Everyone knows how rambunctious 6 year old can be during recess in a playground. Therefore, this year we have ordered the same shoes for this school year. They run true to size, are nice looking and sturdy. And the service at Zappos', it is second to none. When we realized that we had ordered the wrong size, they right away replaced them and we got the new pair the next day. Their customer service is the best and this comes from a 67 year old shopaholic.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: This is the best and much better than skechers which did not last the school year.

These are perfect shoes for a boy with wide feet! They feel good to him and look good too. These are the second pair of the same shoe we've bought...just keep moving up a size.

These are nice shoes. I bought these for my boy to wear with his tan suit for his first Communion. They look formal enough for a suit, but are casual/comfortable for some dinners out and picture day at school. Zappos experience was fantastic, btw.

My son was born with clubfeet, so it is very difficult finding extra wide widths for him. This is a great shoe. It is very comfortable to him and he doesn’t complain about his feet hurting.

These were for my ever growing son. They seem to be a great shoe for him. I can't testify to the comfort but I can say that Zappos is the best company I have ever done business with online. They deliver more than they promise and treat a customer right. Zappos should be the benchmark for online trade.

Wide Foot -
My son has very wide feet and I find it difficult to buy any shoe for him. We try to stick with Stride Rite because they come in XW for children. This is the first pair of dress shoes I have found for him in an XW. They are sharp and sturdy looking, the only complaint is he feels they are still tight compared to his XW Stride Rite tennis shoes in the same size. I hope once they are worn, like most dress shoes, they will stretch out a bit.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Any XW Stride Rite or XW Newbalance styles
