Great shoe for heel-beginners!
I've never worn true high-heels, but I'm looking to train my feet. These heels are the perfect size to help transition your feet. They are pretty cute, and made my normal-to-wide size 9 feet look downright dainty. They are reasonably comfortable, and a great deal for the price.

Very attractive dress shoe that is also very comfortable to walk in. I get a lot of compliments on how cute they are. True to size and width. A definite must buy.

I usually wear 8.5 wide. After trying various lengths + widths (thanks to Zappos...love you), I kept the 8 D pair. My left pinkie toe pinches a tiny bit after a couple of hours, but otherwise, they fit beautifully. Went with the chocolate brown pair... love the look. Getting many compliments at work.

This is a beautiful pair of dress shoes & just the right height. Zappos was excellent to work with. I ended up having to order a half size larger and the 8.5W fit great!

Great looking, true to size and width. Only discomfort is in the ball of the foot. I am a teacher and on my feet most of the day. I had to purchase some ball cushions for some kind of comfort in that area.

CUTE, CUTE, and VERY COMFORTABLE -
First of all, Zappos is AMAZING. My order arrived the very next day! They accidently put the wrong shoe in the box for one item that I ordered, BUT it took less than 10 minutes to get everything straightened out. I even had the correct pair of shoes the next day at no additional cost!!! If every company had Zappos’ dedication to customer service, we would have heaven on earth. As for this shoe, it's extremely comfortable. I ordered the wide, and it fits perfectly - no pinching or tightness around the toes at all. The shoe is very cute and easily transitions from a daytime business look to a business casual evening look. The shoe is a bit slippery on the bottom, so I suggest that you buy a pair of grips if you are going to walk primarily on uncarpeted floors.

Was really excited about these shoes because I started a new job at a large facility and would be doing some walking throughout the day. The look is nice without being frumpy- good heel height but I continually added band aids throughout the day- one on my heel and one on a small toe. I am unclear at this point if they will stretch out but my feet tend to swell so if they don't, it is a no-go for me. I ordered them in two additional colors but will need to return.

Cute transitional shoe -
I like this shoe for spring and fall when it's too warm for my fully enclosed shoes and too cool for bare feet and sandals.

Versatile comfortable shoe -
This is a great shoe which I think can go dressy or more casual. It looks great on the foot, comfortable heel height and I love it.

Perfect dressy low heel -
If you cannot wear high heels but still want a dressy pump this shoe is for you. I just received my order (earlier than expected!) and I'm very pleased. The toe area is wide enough and does not pinch the little toe. The base is very comfortable and the shoe feels sturdy. The cutouts are very cute. The back of the heel is not too high and is rounded in a way that cups your heel and does not dig in. Yeah! I think this is a perfect shoe to wear with slacks. I think it is very true to size and I would recommend it.

Very cute but not completely comfortable -
I love the way these shoes look, but they did give me a couple of blisters the first time I wore them. I am hoping a pad on the ball of the foot will help because they are so cute.

Very pleased with this shoe!
I am a singer and need to wear a heel on stage. I have really bad knees so the higher heels are out. This shoe was perfect! Very comfortable right out of the box, stylish and enough heel to give me a little boost. I would recommend this shoe for anyone who has had to shy away from wearing heels. It is just the thing!

I really like these shoes. They are comfortable and very cute. I might order them in other colors as they look nice with slacks or skirts and are very comfortable. (I walked though an airport in them the first time I wore them.)
