Great Service -
I was so pleased with the entire process of my order. I placed my order with no problem. After placing my order I received an email alerting me that Zappos would be upgrading my shipping making sure that I received it faster than I thought. Product arrived in excellent condition, packaged so that no damage could come to my product. I received better service from Zappos than if I would have gotten it at the store. Oh, and by the way, the upgrade in shipping was free of charge.
