I love these shoes! I wish I had the money to buy another pair. I work for a hospital in sterile processing. My back! Neck! And shoulder hurt so bad after work, I was dragging all day. My back was so bad I went to my doctor. Got a shot and meds, help a little, but came back in a couple weeks I got the shoes. Oh, my, the best! My back neck and shoulder do not hurt at all. I stand all day 8 hours now with no pain they are wonderful! I love my MBT, thank you so much for the product.

I was very interested in researching and trying out this product. I love my new MBT walk shoes. They do take a little getting used to, but they are fairly easy to walk in. I am looking forward to benefiting from my shoes in the future. My reasons for purchasing this type of shoe is for my continual low back pain, and in hopes of helping me get in better shape with my lower half. And ordering from Zappos could not be easier! And your merchandise comes fairly quickly!

The MBT shoe was recommended to me by a podiatrist to enable my walking with less pain from arthritis in my knee and ankle. I have been wearing the shoes for two months and find them hugely successful. We have traveled in Europe and London for the past four weeks, and I have walked most of every day on cobblestone streets with no joint pain! I am very pleased with the result, and thrilled to be able to walk long distances again.

I would like to commend Zappos for their excellent service. I ordered 2 different sizes of the MBT walk shoe as I wasn't sure what size would fit. I received the shoes within several days. It was super easy to download the return label. I love the shoes and look forward to wearing them during my 12 hour shifts as a nurse in ICU. Thanks again!

Greetings!I am sooooo pleased with my MBT's. The first time I wore them, my thighs, back of my legs and hips felt as if I had never known them (LOL). Muscles that have NEVER been used were being activated! I tired after half a block. Slowly but surely, I started to feel rejuvenated after a walk and tons of energy! I LOVE MY MBT'S and will purchase more, when I get a job. They are an investment, however, well worth it. Zappos shipping was fast and I only have good things to say to others about Zappos and MBT's. I am so very pleased!

These shoes fit true to size, I read: get a half size larger for a fat foot, which I did. This works very well. They take some breaking in and a video comes with the shoes with walking instruction and tips. Tried 3 pair, never a problem with Zappos, before I found the right pair. I did not find the MBT sandals very stable; however, there is no problem with MBT M walker.

What cool shoes! I love them! I have been putting off getting these because of the price. I saw that Skechers put similar ones out for less, but what corners did they cut? I finally went for these instead of the most expensive model. After reading all the reviews about sizing, and knowing how this always works for me, I ordered a full size larger, and I'm glad I did. Even with that, right now while they are new I am wearing my thinnest socks with them. These feel fantastic and I will echo other reviewers: yes, they are worth the money! If I were a nurse or otherwise on my feet all day, I would want these shoes. I was afraid I would be tottering and have to get used to them, but they felt perfectly natural right out of the box. Standing still, I have a tendency to rock back a bit on my heels, which has my calves stretching perfectly. And a nice side effect: I'm taller in them!

I ordered the shoes for myself as I am working on losing weight. I find the shoes are excellent for walking and can feel the workout in my legs/thighs. I would recommend.

I love the look, but they do run small. I ordered an 8.5 and my toes touch the end. Disappointing, they do not carry a 9! I guess I'll keep looking.

Jury is still out. I followed the Zappos recommendation and ordered a half size larger than normal, but they still feel a little small. My toes are jammed all the way to the front. I can wear them, but they're not as comfortable as I think they're supposed to be. Am now ordering a full size larger for comparison. I think they'll be comfortable, though they'll take a little getting used to once I get the correct size, but only time will tell.

These are the cutest MBT shoes I have ever tried on out of the many pairs I have either purchased or tried. They actually look way more normal and the color is really subtle and cute as well. I have other MBT\'s that fit in my \'real\' size so I ordered 1/2 size up as other reviewers recommended. They are still too short! I wear 6 and had to send back the 6 1/2 for a 7. Love the fact that Zappos is great about returns and since I have already ordered the size 7, I will have them by tomorrow!

I have both the Sketchers Shape Up shoes and the MBT featured here. They're both great, although the MBT gives me a more challenging workout as I walk. I don't regret getting these at all. They're expensive, but are well made and none of the less expensive copycats are quite as effective. I have high arches, and these feel good. They have a wide enough toe box, and fit nicely through the heel without slipping.

MBTs came highly recommended to me by a new care provider in my office. This was my first time I have ever spent this price for shoes, but it has been sooo worth it. It has helped me all of 95% to relieve the pain and discomfort in my back and hip that I routinely have been going to the chiropractor for adjustments. And I have been to my family doctor and the podiatrist for the numbness and tingling and pain in my feet that I have been having now for at least 2 years with little relief from the inserts I got to put in my shoes, and my MBTs have relieved that at least 90%. I love my shoes and find myself wanting to wear them instead of any other shoe or sandal that I own! And Zappos have been the most customer friendly company that I have ever dealt with. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and so pleasant, I just love them for all that they do!

This is my second pair of MBTs and I love them. My first pair was the Sport, the M. walk has a different sole to it that makes it feel more stable. I have a narrow flat foot and they fit perfect, although I did buy a half size larger than my normal size. I walk 20 miles a week in them and have started wearing them even to the grocery store just because they feel that good! I seriously doubt I will ever buy another brand of athletic shoes. This fall I plan on buying a pair of the MBT Casuals.

They’re cute. Like walking on air. You do have to get used to the more like rocking motion than the traditional way of walking. You have to be careful walking down stairs until you get used to them. I can feel my posture change for the better when I have them on. Can feel the muscles working. It’s good.

These are most expensive shoes I have ever purchased. It took about a week to actually say that I could feel okay about spending that much money. I wear them daily and I love them. Walking uphill is so much easier in these shoes. Walking the dogs is a breeze and they actually get worn out before I do! It took about a week to get used to the feel of these shoes. The sizing is a little tricky, but the folks at Zappos are great. They have the best customer service I have ever experienced.

I just bought my second pair of MBT's and love them. My daughter is also an MBT advocate. We are doing the 3-Day, 60-Mile Susan G. Komen walk for the cure in Atlanta, GA in October and will definitely be wearing our MBT's. I know this will ensure our success in completing the walk without experiencing any foot problems. My posture is so much better when wearing the MBT's and I've also quit visiting the podiatrist. My only regret is that I wasn't aware that such a wonderful product existed until the past year or so. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY WALKING EXPERIENCES SO ENJOYABLE!!

Why Did I Wait so LONG??
I have been reading about these shoes for sometime. I finally decided to bite the bullet on price and give them a shot. Wow! I haven't worn my regular tennis shoes since. My workouts have completely changed (I wear these on the treadmill to walk on incline, the elliptical, and just around the neighborhood). Also found a website with other MBT exercises (squats, calf raises, etc.). They look a little weird, but I got over that fast since my bum is looking better! Order a half size up in this style.

Great shoes!
I ordered these to help relieve my plantar fasciitis. They definitely help A LOT with the pain, but when I've been on my feet a long time, walking is still a little painful, although not nearly as bad as without them. They really kick your butt with working muscles that you don't normally use! I've had a couple of people compliment me on how cute they are too. They tend to run small...I ordered 1 pair that was a 1/2 size larger than usual, and another pair that was 1 size larger than usual, and returned the pair that was a 1/2 size larger because it was too small.

I just bought these shoes and they are my first MBT's. I LOVE them. I have a fused bone in my first metatarsal that still gives chronic pain, and the same degenerative disc in the same joint on my other first is going south too. I've worn these shoes 2 days now, and I don't have any pain in my feet! 'Course, there are a few hamstrings that are a bit sore from the lack of use!
