Great all round shoe - Having worn Asics Gel shoes for many years running, including marathons, I thought that I'd change my options for the gym to something tailored more for cross training. Overall I'm really happy with the shoe though was a little disappointed with the support. Plus, it seems to run a bit on the larger size.
