Very cute shoes, but I typically wear a 5.5, but had to go up a full size in these. Also, the leather on the buttons tore the first time I wore them.

These were true to size!
I even ordered two pairs one a size bigger than I normally wear to be sure. I wear a 6.5 and that size was perfect. Either they adjusted their sizing as so many people remarked they were "not true to size" or this shoe has problems in sizes 10-12 possibly? As the 6.5W fit my 6.5 foot perfectly. What a comfortable shoe too!

Grossly mis-sized -
These shoes, despite their adorable appearance are a huge disappointment. They run over a size too small. I was so excited to find these in my hard to fit size and then very disappointed to discover that they don't fit. I wear an 11 1/2 and usually settle for a 12 and this shoe was way too small in a 12.

These are more than a full size too small, I wear a 10, and read the reviews so I ordered an 11 and couldn't even begin to get my foot in the shoe.

Pretty decent work shoes.
I bought these shoes for wearing to work most days. I wear them without stockings and my feet do get a bit sweaty, but they don't smell at all. They are pretty comfortable, but the backs of my heels are a bit torn up right now until the shoes are broken in. I'd suggest wearing with stockings until broken in.

These shoes are too tight!
These shoes are adorable and I was anticipating a great fit despite the reviews I read. I foolishly assumed the other reviewers had not ordered the correct size. So, I ordered up a size, am normally 11.5 medium but ordered a 12. These shoes still did not fit and are short and slightly narrow. I had to take them to my local shoe repair and have them stretched. They are still a little tight, but bearable. Buyer beware.

Caveat emptor - at least half a size too small -
These shoes are adorable and nice quality. But beware -- they run at least a half size small, possibly a full size small. I also ordered them in the black kid (yes, I really like the style), and they had the same problem.

Runs VERY small -
It was just the look I wanted but I was Cinderella's step-sister trying to put one on. At least a size smaller than marked.

I ordered my Easy Spirit shoes with standard shipping about 8:30 or so last night, Central Daylight Time...they arrived here in Omaha NE at 4:20 today...less than 24 hours! I had received a notice that shipping would be upgraded from the standard 3-4 business days...but this is truly fantastic. I tell everyone about Zappos… in fact, two other women and I were in a department store shoe dept. one day about two years ago...waiting and waiting to be helped...when one woman and I stood up to leave, giving up on being helped...found out that she and I both used Zappos before and were going home to do just that...we clued in the third woman on your website, so now she can enjoy your excellent service as well...I have had these Easy Spirit shoes before, and was SO glad to see you still carried them! They were packed perfectly and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you for showing everyone what a good company can accomplish with terrific selection, speedy service and great return policy (which I have never had to use).
