Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support
I ordered my normal size (5) and they were too small and narrow. Exchanged them for a 5.5 and still too small and narrow. So order a whole size bigger.

Love Carlos Santana!
Cute, pretty comfy, and snug fitting enough that you won't walk right out of them. It'll probably take some time to get used to the height but they really are very cute shoes! The embroidery on the leather is nice but not really as "ethnic" looking as I had hoped.

In a world where excellent customer service is a thing of the past, I have to commend Zappos! I was able to find the shoes I wanted easily, and place the order within minutes. I received an order confirmation before I left your site. I tracked the shipment this morning, seeing that they were already in my area, then received the shoes before lunch time! I would pay extra for this service! The fact that you offer this service free is more of a credit to the way you run your business! Excellent job! I will continue to buy all my shoes from Zappos.com!
