Love it! When I got this bag in the mail, I was beyond excited about how big it was. The pictures do it NO justice. The color is beautiful and the hardware is awesome. I love the “JD” details all over the gold hardware. Everything about it is super cute! A must buy for the girl who loves a huge purse!

Really disappointed! I love Jessica Simpson and her line. I think it has a lot of potential but her bags don't seem to have the same quality of the shoes. I bought the Delfina hobo months ago and loved it; I even got my best friend to buy the same one in a different color. :) I thought I couldn't go wrong when buying from her line again, but this bag was just cheap. The gold hardware had already turned to a rosy color. The trim out lining around the handles and zipper was messy. The fake leather was REALLY fake. I wouldn't pay $20 for this bag at a local store in the mall. The quality is that of a really bad designer knock-off. I love the design of the bag and the new checkerboard lining is really cute but the pictures are just false advertisement because the bag just doesn't look like that when you get it home. :(

	Excellent product and service! I looked around on the Internet for these slippers and only Zappos had the color and size in stock. I ordered them on a Monday using the free shipping option and still received them on Tuesday. They decided to upgrade my shipping at no additional cost! Truly customer service focused. Plus, the product was of exceptional quality and fit perfectly. Granted, I paid more for them, but you get what you pay for in both product and especially service. I will definitely be ordering from Zappos.com again and will be telling my family and friends about my positive experience with this company.
