Comfy and pretty darn cute -
This shoe is so comfy, especially with the heel it has. I wear heels all the time. I have to walk a lot at work. So this shoe is perfect. I agree with others that it is a bit hard to get on due to no zipper, but it’s doable. My foot is between normal and wide. I wear 7 and bought 7 and it fit perfect. The color looks brown sometimes. It is not a true gray. I wore it with leggings and it looks cute. I don't think you'll make a smashing fashion statement with this shoe, but it’s cute and very comfy.

Love them -
I am now a huge fan of Zappos... The boots arrived before I had a chance to track them. The boots themselves look fantastic. I have very bad feet(often stuck wearing clogs, etc...) and find these very comfortable. They do run small and narrow. I normally wear a 6 1/2 but I ordered a 7. I probably could have gone to a 7 1/2. My foot is "normal" width and I think these are narrow. The heel is fashionable but feels sturdy. I would buy them again.

Cute stylish boot -
Really cute, trendy, and fairly comfortable boot... my only complaints are it is just a *little* bit narrow, and is a struggle to squish your foot in initially because there is no zipper. I like this shoe because while it still looks elegant and has a little but of a heel, the heel is low enough that it’s not uncomfortable. Overall a very nice shoe! =)

Really cute!
Heel was higher than I expected but the shoe is still very comfortable. I have a high arch and have to take my time to squeeze my foot into the shoe since there isn't a zipper, but once it's on it fits great.

Versatile, wearable, walkable boot -
These are a really solid pair of boots, both on-trend and comfortable - I can walk a mile in them, literally, with no problem; plenty of room for toes to wiggle. And they look great with pretty much anything you wear.

Cute boots -
I saw these online and got them from Zappos because I didn’t know what size I needed. I used their chart and they fit perfectly. Very cute shoes for both pants and skirts. I got the grey color and they go with both brown and black, depending on what I’m wearing. The color is slightly brown unless you are in natural light. I love them.

Love this little bootie -
I work and live in NYC and walk everywhere. I have a huge love for shoes but I have to wear something I can walk and walk and walk in. This boot with its low heel and stylish looks is perfect with jeans or skirts/dresses, I love it!

Adorable -
These are adorable! They are a snug fit, and I ended up ordering a half size up (though then they were a little big, but I stuck a gel pad on the shoe under the ball of my foot and now they fit perfectly). These look cute with pants or a dress. They're sort of a brownish gray. Not really gray, though not brown. They're pretty comfortable, too. I have super high arches and they don't kill my feet or back and I walked a couple of miles in them one night (the gel pad helps).

Hard to get on -
Very cute! Good heel height. Heel was solid but narrow enough to be slightly dressy. I ordered brown and loved them but had to return them. Fit was good once I got them on. But it took several minutes for me to get them on. There is no zipper and the back strap is too short to be used to pull them on. I had trouble getting my instep in far enough to get on. Sad because they were wonderful!

This boot is fabulous, worth every cent and then some. They do seem to run a little bit big but not enough to be concerned about. They are incredibly chic and comfortable.

If this boot came in a Wide width, this would have fit perfectly. It is a delicate, lovely shoe - unfortunately I had to return it - it really squeezed.

Fab!!
These are amazing, chic ankle boots! They look great with bootleg pants, skinny pants (tucked in) and mini skirts! I think they run _a little_ big but not really big enough to order down a half size. And, as always, Zappos shipping is incredible; I ordered them on a Saturday afternoon and got them Monday afternoon!

LOVE this boot!
I just got these in BONE and after trying them on my other shoes feel really bad because huh, sorry, no other shoes or boots will be on my feet from now on. They manage to make a size 10 look like a teeny delicate 6. No. Really.
They are NOT too high, but they APPEAR to be tall, which is great so, yes. FIVE stars. And Five planets.
