I made a mistake in keeping the Lucero -
When I received this shoe, I was startled to find that it has a faux suede sole. I'd never seen a SOLE made of suede, and I thought it was ridiculous. I asked my regular shoe repair guy about this, and he said he was seeing more and more shoes with suede soles. Turns out they're popular for ballroom dancing, but lousy for outdoor wear. Since I purchased the shoe to be worn both outdoors and indoors, like any other shoe, I foolishly decided to keep the shoe and have it re-soled immediately. But that wasn't the only problem. That T-strap that's supposed to ensure a "custom fit." Hah! The strap is so loose; I've had to punch in additional holes in an effort to tighten the fit. But the shoe still feels loose and awkward. It's a very pretty shoe on the foot. Every bit as pretty as its photo suggests. But I've had to do a lot of work on the shoe just to get it to fit correctly, and that's NOT good. I regret my decision to keep it.

Funny fit -
The straps across the toe area were unusually loose, and the sole of the shoe was unusually narrow in the wide width--so the toe box area fit strangely.

POORLY MADE -
Very poorly constructed shoe, shame on Magdesians! The leather sole is paper thin and was cut and pasted to the shoe revealing parts of the sole on the sandal itself. Cute looking sandal, but very shabby. You will be very disappointed.

 |  | Kudos! I ordered my New Balance shoes and when they arrived (right away, I might add) I found they were too big. When I called the Zappos customer service line, I was immediately issued the new pair, which arrived AGAIN within two days! That was before I had the chance to even get the first pair in the return post. That's the best customer service I've ever had. Thank you Zappos. You have made a permanent customer out of me!
