I love these jeans! They manage to come up high enough to avoid a gap between jeans and shirt (even when sitting on the ground) without looking matronly.

I don't usually write reviews nor do I pay this much for a pair of jeans, but these britches are incredible, and worth the price! The pockets are such that they don't bulk out on your hips or rear end. The jeans do indeed slim you and mask any muffin top. These are truly the most comfortable jeans I have ever owned. People have even complimented me on these, a pair of old jeans, I couldn't believe it! I now own several pair of NYDJ jeans and cords. Although I am a size 8, I have bought both 8s and size 6s, and I can go either way because of the stretch. And if you have long legs like I do, then you'll also find the inseam to suit you just fine.

I love this jean. This is my 5th pair of this brand. This has the slimmer leg, but still comfortable. Very slimming. Be sure and go down a size, for the tummy control. They give some during the day,

Buying Jeans for wife -
We are 50+. It is dangerous to try to by clothes for your wife, much less jeans. I took a chance and she loved them. Bought a size smaller than she usually wears. Great fit and flattering to the mature woman.

Best Jeans I have ever had -
I love them; however, I actually had to go down two sizes from what I regularly wear because they have a lot of give and do not shrink when you wash them. They did shrink a little in length but they are well worth having altered, I'm sure they will forever be my favorites.

Ideal Jeans!
I purchased a pair of NYDJ jeans at a department store but was not completely happy with the fullness of the leg and found that the jeans seemed to stretch in the waist and hip area. I ordered a size smaller in the straight leg from Zappos. Perfect! They are not too tight or too loose. Comfortable to sit in and wear all day and they look great. I need to lose ten pounds but these jeans don't advertise that fact.

The picture provided doesn’t do this bag justice. The leather is gorgeous. The stitching, trim, and hardware topnotch! I gave an overall 4 star rating since it’s on the heavy side, but otherwise stylish and nicely organized.

I love these jeans -
These are the most comfortable jeans ever. I'm 5'3" and a bit overweight, and I got the regular black slim leg. VERY comfy, but they are WAY too long for me and slightly big in my normal size. So, I just ordered the petite (29") in a size smaller. Never in a million years did I think I would ever buy a pair of jeans that cost this much, let alone 2, but I'm glad I did.

Wow, these were really slim cut...
I am a devoted "not your daughter’s jeans" fan...but these just didn't work for me. I am a size 12 with a few curves - these felt a size smaller with no wiggle room at all. If you are a thinner woman, these might work better for you but they felt more like traditional jeans than Not Your Daughter’s Jeans.

These jeans are truly a great find for me: the rise is long enough, the legs are just the right length, the stretch and control is comfortable and the overall look is perfect for every day. I bought 2 more pair after receiving this pair.

My go-to brand -
Since I discovered NYDJ, I have not worn any other brand of jeans. The sizing over the different styles is consistent. As a mature woman I choose the least flashy, darkest wash and am very happy with the look. I just hope they continue with the basic styles. I wash them in cold water and air-dry to preserve the stretch.

These are very comfortable jeans and they do make you look a little slimmer, but there aren't enough choices in finish that look up to date. I will keep buying these if I can find the in a stylish denim that looks more with the times.

Great fit but much too long -
The jeans fit great and look good; however they are much too long. I would like for them to be made in a choice of lengths, as after spending this much on jeans, I hate to take them to a tailor for shortening.

This is the most comfortable pair of jeans I have ever worn... makes you look long and lean. I received so many compliments on this. Next time I order, though I have to order a smaller size... awesome.

Great jeans for the older ladies.
I ordered these jeans because I was having trouble finding jeans that fit me a little above the waist. I am a grandmother and can't nor want to wear the low cut style. I am very pleased overall.

Buy them AT LEAST one size smaller than your usual size. They may still stretch and go baggy on you. Overall, very comfy, soft (maybe a bit too much so).

Not as fine as I had expected.
The denim of these jeans is soft and stretchy, but feels too much like polyester. It clings too tight and shows the lumpy thigh stuff I would rather conceal with some heavier fabric. I didn't like the domed button at the fly either. Sorry, for the price I'll stick with some Lee's.

I like the way I look in these jeans... They feel great too! These jeans are exactly as advertised and the fit is well worth the price. I would rather have one pair of these jeans than two of any other. I am not quite average and not quite petite so I had to hem the regular length jeans. This is my third purchase of 'Not Your Daughters Jeans'. Thank you Zappos for carrying them also for great service.

These jeans are exactly as advertised: they are simply the best fitting jeans. The sizing is right on; they have just enough give to accommodate a middle-aged body, yet they are slim in the hips and leg. The cut is right, the sizing is accurate, and the fabric is of excellent quality.

No more dragging from store to store to find the right shoes and the right size. I love Zappos! I have ordered dress shoes, boots and casual shoes from Zappos. On occasions I have had to return shoes because they just were not what I wanted; either they did not feel right or they were not the look I wanted.
