Completely comfortable. I have these and I absolutely love them. Very comfortable and trendy. They are really cute with wide leg jeans and just a nice trendy top. This shoe can most definitely bring a casual outfit to life! Love 'em!

I actually did not buy these shoes because I honestly could think of absolutely nowhere I personally would have to wear them. However, I got a chance to try them on at a store over the weekend and they really are extremely cute, and remarkably comfortable. They are ridiculously high, and yet my foot didn't feel the least bit strained, pinched or fatigued by walking in them. I don't know if all Carlos shoes are as comfortable, but I can honestly say that if you do have a place to where these, don't be put off by how high they are (in terms of worrying about comfort).

 |  | After placing an order online, I realized that I didn't log into the site with the VIP, but with the regular Zappos.com. I immediately called your 24/7 hot line, and had one of the best customer service agents ever! Not only was she helpful in changing the shipping immediately, I also asked her to help me find similar boots in a different color, and she really tried her best to do so. I want to thank her once again for her kindness, support, and help! It is easy and fast to complain, and very rare to get a compliment! This is definitely a compliment for an excellent rep!
