Thank you, thank you, thank you, for being a human being as well as a business man! I have just viewed the Nightline edition in which you and your company were highlighted. As a consumer who still believes that "The Customer is Always Right" is the only way to do business, I want to offer you my highest regard, and to tell you that I will definitely do business with you, as soon as I know what size I need! As a job seeker who worked for a call-center for 2 days (because on the 2nd day of orientation, the manager announced that our job was NOT to help the person on the phone, but to get them OFF the phone in under 12 minutes), I am now hopeful that there are actually some people in the world who create companies which respect employees, offer them live-saving benefits, and allow people to live fulfilling lives. I hope that you and your staff live long, productive lives, and have immense success, because if you are truly what you appear to be, you shall be a leader in the world, and many lives will be touched by you. I have only one wish, that instead of being based in NV, you would come to the Flathead Valley of Montana, the most beautiful place on earth.
