I love these shoes! This is the 5th pair of Mizuno running shoes I have bought and they are my favorite running shoe. Zappos service is also excellent.

I have been very pleased with the Mizuno Wave Elixir 4 running shoe. I first ordered size 8.5, as I know Mizunos tend to run a little small. But I had to send them back and order a size 9 (I normally wear size 8 in other shoes). So please note that they run almost a full size small. They have held up very well. Colors are a bit more bold than I'm used to.

This is a good shoe for somebody who does NOT do a lot of mileage. They are light weight and good for the occasional speed workout, but not for long term use. I love Mizuno, but I was disappointed in this shoe. I would recommend the Alchemy or the Rider over this shoe.

Omg!
Although I have numerous running shoes by Nike, Adidas, Asics, and Saucony, this is my first pair of Minuzos. I'm in love! I love the light feeling of these shoes! Still allowing stability, comfort, control, and everything promised. I'm a larger runner. At 5'9" female runner at 160lbs I need a perfect balance of stability and comfort; these are just that and more!!

Really cool-looking shoe, runs SMALL!!
I can't write about this shoe's performance because I haven't worn them for a run yet, but I wanted to jot a quick note to warn everyone to order UP a full size. I wear an 8.5 in Nike, Asics, Adidas, but I would need a 9 in these. My big toe is right up against the top of the 8.5. REALLY cool looking shoe, though!
