Excellent shoe. Lots of support, but sufficiently cushioned to help ease the pain from long runs. I log about 20-25 miles/week with a long run of 8.5 to 10 miles on weekends. Before finding the Wave Creation series, I had trouble with plantar, but none since I began running with this series about a year ago.

I am a female that underpronates and wears an 11.5. I often have a hard time finding shoes, but these are a perfect fit- there was no break in time and I usually walk anywhere from 2-6 miles. I would definitely recommend these shoes!!

Love these sneakers -
I've been buying the Mizuno Wave Creation for 5 years. The "10" is the most comfortable model yet. I'm normally a 10.5, but take these in an 11. Everyone I've recommended this sneaker to loves them.

Old Runner -
This is the third Mizuno Wave running shoe I have purchased. The shoe is comfortable and helps to stave off knee problems. As a daily runner, I stress my knees and feet. The Wave is the best shoe I was able to find. Excellent product.
