Shoe was comfortable, like wearing a pillow. Very warm, too. Too bad the fleece lining started to come off after a few days of wearing, like there wasn't enough glue holding it in there. After a week of wearing them the fleece liners were destroyed, then they had holes around the heel and toes where the fleece came unglued.

I'd give this a 4.5 if I could. These are so comfy and perfect for any occasion, BUT WATCH OUT FOR DIRT. These babies are like dirt magnets! They're a bit pricey, but worth it! They fit .5 smaller than usual. Get these!

 |  | Your customer service is so awesome you must get sick of receiving these types of emails, however I had to send a thank you. I only placed my order yesterday and yet today I get home from work and SURPRISE! My boots are here! Free shipping, fast shipping, giant selection...what else can a customer ask for? Customer service in general is lacking when dealing with other retailers but Zappos rules!
