This is the first ballerina style shoe that hasn\'t rubbed the top of my foot raw. I teach classes at a craft studio so I\'m always on my feet. I\'ve been able to wear these shoes without blisters or soreness and they look really cute with jeans. I did find the sizing a bit off. I\'ve had many pairs of Keens and typically order a 7.5 for my size 7 feet. The original pair I ordered were 7.5 but they were so big that I kept walking out of them. Zappos was great about getting a size 7 out to me with a couple of days and even upgraded me to VIP status. The size 7 pair were almost too small. With wear they\'ve stretched out a bit but I wish they were just a tad longer. I think Keens needs to make their 7.5 slightly smaller for this model.

I love that the part of the shoe that runs on the inner most part of the foot is fabric. The shoe stretches as you walk and is very comfortable with nice cushioning. I was hoping these would provide enough arch support for my fallen arches, but they are not adequate. However, these shoes are fairly wide (people with narrow feet definitely cannot wear these) and so I was able to take out the footbed and replace it with a Powerstep insert. The fabric does cut across the bone of my big toes, but I think it would stretch out eventually. I was going to keep these until my boyfriend told me they looked "kind of weird." I thought they were pretty cute, though.

These shoes are great! I agree, buy a 1/2 size smaller than normal. I was looking for shoes to wear on my honeymoon as we walked all over Europe. I didn't want to wear tennis shoes and was looking for a dressier shoe, but one that was still comfortable. I didn't get one blister the whole trip and wore them every day. I highly recommend these shoes.

I recently bought the Erin by Keen. Great shoes, they fit well and go with everything! I am loving the ease and comfort of these shoes. Ever since I found Zappos I shop there as often as I can. I have never been disappointed! The speedy delivery is awesome, often next day! They always get the the order right and the price is as good or better than anywhere you can go! Comfy shoe for walking, traveling. I was looking for a multi-purpose shoe for traveling for work. I needed a closed toe, comfortable shoe that looked presentable enough for meetings in rural Cambodia, but that I could still walk around in all day and if I got caught in rain or mud wouldn't be the end of the world. This one did the trick. Usually Keens are way too wide for my narrow foot, but and this one was a bit wide, but still stayed on my foot. I did try a smaller size (I am between a 6.5-7) to compensate for the width of Keens, but found the 7 fit much better. Good shoe!

I absolutely love these shoes. They are cute, quirky and comfortable! They have great flex and I wear them just about every day: to work, at home or out. They are very versatile. I own a lot of Keen shoes for all of these reasons. They are a bit pricey, but it comes down to, you get what you pay for. Period.

The shoes are very comfortable, nice and wide across the toe, but a little large in the heel. One small issue: the first time I wore them I was unfortunate enough to step in a mud puddle. When I cleaned the shoes, the color faded significantly in the area where I rubbed with a cloth. I think some shoe polish will fix the issue, but it was kind of disappointing to have that type of a problem.

I like the look of this shoe, a much trimmer and dressier style than my Sydneys. However, the rubber bumper rubbed the top of my big toes in the 7.5, and the 8 was too long; my heels slipped out as I walked. I sent them back and will continue looking for a nice-looking flat or ballerina that's comfortable for all-day walking when I travel.

My order arrived in two days, how cool was that? This a cute pair of comfortable shoes. Needed something a little dressy, but not a high heel. They are comfortable with enough arch support I can wear them for several hours. I haven't worn them all day and walked the mall in them, but were just what I needed. I could have used a 10.5, but the 10 will work and the insole is removable if I want to wear my orthotics.

Love Keens because some of their styles are wide. These shoes are wide and very comfortable. They were comfortable from day one. They look good on. Will buy them in other colors.

I ordered these in both the black and brown in my usual size 8. If my feet were any bigger they would not fit. I wear them with little socks that are almost like hose so they don't show. Any sock thicker than that will make them too tight on my feet. They are very comfortable and look really cute with jeans and shorts. I love them!

I get lots of compliments on these shoes, and they are super comfortable! I wore them with bare feet easily the day I got them, because the seams and edges are so soft. I heard Keens run 1/2 size small, but these fit me true to size.

The Keen Erin Ballerina is adorable, but it seems to run about half a size large, or maybe it\'s just too wide in the heel. I walked right out of the right shoe twice and the left one rubbed a blister on my heel, but at the next smaller size, my toes would be hitting the end of the shoe. I was hoping these would fit like the Keen Amsterdams, which are the most comfortable shoes I\'ve ever owned, and I\'m so disappointed.

I really like these Erin Ballerinas. I was a little nervous the first day I wore them because even though they were the right size, the connection between the mesh and the leather seemed to be rubbing my foot in a way that was hurting. I wore them for about an hour and took them off. The second time I wore them all day and they were fine. I'm not sure if it just needed to be a bit stretched from wear, but they are great now. I really wear these quite often and they go with so much. Definitely wish I'd bought them in more colors, but I suppose there's time for more colors in the future. I usually run between a 7.5 and an 8, and I got these in an 8. They fit well with a bit of comfort room, but if you like a snugger shoe, perhaps order your normal size.

Shoes are comfortable. Boyfriend thought they were cute. I have wide feet so they fit great. They rub on the top a little bit but that will probably go away as I wear them more.

The shoes are cute and comfy, but definitely size down. I bought a 7 1/2 and after wearing them a few times they freely slip off my feet. If I hadn't given them a trial run, I would have returned them for something with a strap.

I have wide feet with bunions and no shoe is ever comfortable or fits well right out of the box. I read the reviews on this shoe and thought I'd give it a try. I got them in red and in my normal size. I thought that even if they hurt a little I can still wear them as casual weekend shoes. I bought a different brand at the same time too. Well, they arrived the next day and I loved them immediately! I loved them so much I sent the others back, with ease, and got a pair of Keens in black too! I alternate colors and wear them at work every day. They are so comfortable I wear them everywhere now, not just for work. Thanks Zappos!

Maybe it's the Seattle girl in me (my hometown), but I love Keens. These are quirky and still pretty. I think that Keens run about a half size small, but are great for a wider foot. This shoe is great with dresses and leggings!

These shoes are great! They are much lighter than they look, and don't make your feet as hot as a lot of other flats do. The meshy-stuff helps them breathe, but I wish they made it out of a little less scratchy and more stylish material. They have good arch support, and they are comfortable even after walking long distances! I have yet to be let down by Keens.

Great, comfortable walking shoe. Unlike most comfortable shoes, looks okay with a denim or other casual skirt. Good for narrow heels; doesn't slip.

I ordered this shoe in the cadet blue, which is fabulous. However, I had to return the first pair I ordered because they were so loose I couldn't keep them on my feet, and exchanged them for a smaller size. Even with the smaller size, they are still slightly loose. They must run quite wide compared to Keen's usual sizing, as I have gotten ballerina-style shoes from Keen before and not had a problem. Although I am disappointed with the fit, since Keen shoes usually fit incredibly well, I've kept them as I just love the color and the style is cute and fun. If buying this shoe, I'd suggest ordering a half size smaller than usual.

I ordered this shoe in an 8 and I can sometimes wear a 7.5. The shoe is just too short. My big toe scrunches against the end. UGH... I want to keep them but have to return them. I assume that the rubber toe will not expand.

Cute, but uncomfortable. These look better than they do in the picture; the XXX stitching does not stand out at all, which to me is a good thing. They feel very comfortable until I start walking in them. The fit around my baby toes is very awkward. I've only walked around the house on carpet and hardwood floors and they are very slippery and don't grip well on the hardwood floors.

I truly like this shoe, and I hate to send it back, but the length of the toebox is just a little short. I\'ve learned over the years that a little pressue on your toe can become a big problem. I have this problem with some other brands as well, so it\'s likely just my anatomy. The support and comfort of the rest of the shoe is great. I think the heel may run a little wide.

This shoe is extremely comfortable. I have a wide foot and usually have trouble finding a shoe that is this comfortable. The shoe is cushioned and almost feels like a pillow. The red color is very cute, too! Extremely satisfied with this purchase. I wear an 8.5 to a 9, and the 8.5 fit me just fine.
