 |  | I ordered my shoes on a Thursday night, right before leaving the house for a midnight movie (X-Files 2, in case you’re wondering). When I got back I had an email from Zappos saying my shipping had been upgraded. "Great," I thought, having gotten this email before and not thinking much of it. When I got home from work at about 4 pm the next day, there was a Zappos shipping box waiting for me on my desk chair – less than 24 hours after I had placed the order the shoes had gotten to my house in Chicago! The delivery was made before I even got the email containing the tracking number!
