I've had this bag for a couple of months now and have had no problems with quality to date. It's a convenient size, neither too large nor too small. One can tote around a mid-sized fold-up umbrella plus plenty of smaller things. It is comfortable looped around the shoulder or carried in the hand. It can be used with a range of dress from true casual to business casual.

Love this Designer. Workmanship is outstanding. Lasts and lasts. If you keep them long enough you will never be out of style. Other designers cannot hold up to Aigner. My Mother stated me buying Aigner since high school; 43 years ago...I will not give him up. Now I can really stock up with Zappos.

Great Bag!
This purse is ideal for the lady who likes to carry a little bit of everything and keep it organized! I love the compartments and the size is not too large to carry everywhere. Great look, too!

Love this purse, have gotten numerous compliments...mine is the multi-color, it's very roomy and goes well with whatever the occasion!!!

Fantastic bag -
Love it! The quality and the look of this bag are fantastic. As usual the item is better in person than on the display. Not too big, but still roomy enough for all your items. I really like the side pockets for sunglasses and a cell phone.

 |  | Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much!
