I needed a pair of comfy sandals for a winter trip to Hawaii. I've been having heel pain and have been dreading what to wear as we'll be doing some sightseeing. These got such great reviews, I thought I'd try them and also bought another pair (Annie Daphne) just in case one didn't work, the other might. I wear a 12 wide so it is difficult to find a store where I can try on shoes. They arrived at my door within 24 hours of ordering them! Both pair fit and and this one particularly, feels great for walking. I would have preferred a different color, but comfort was my main concern. Thank you Zappos for your great products and for excellent service. You make it so easy for those of us who need to buy shoes online.

The shoe was a little tight across the instep initially but softened after two wearings and now fits like a glove. Cushy insole is very comfortable and I wear them when I know I'll be on my feet for a long time.

These shoes were very comfortable right away, and yet they are nice enough to wear with a skirt or dress. I really like the footbed, which is mostly smooth leather (not suede), because it does not absorb foot odor as much as most.

This shoe has become my favorite. When you first stick your feet in they seem a little snug, but don't let that stop you from the extra effort to get them on, it's really the best part, the shoe feels nice and snug. They are extremely comfortable and good for walking. I got the tan/brownish (don't remember the name) color and I love the natural look of it. They go with anything. You just can't go wrong with a Naturalizer!

Great shoe! I have been having heel pain and I bought this shoe in the hopes that it will give me the support I needed to ease the pain. I have to say that I'm wearing the shoe for 1 day and my pain is almost gone. They are a little snug out of the box, but they mold to your foot very quickly and are extremely comfortable. I can't believe how my pain is gone. This is a great shoe!

I have very wide feet, made worse by neuropathy. I am going back and forth between places and spend a lot time walking in New York. These shoes are not only attractive, but incredibly comfortable. The padded insole is soft and allows you to walk and stand for greater periods of time. The semi platform does not feel high, but gives you the illusion of a little heel. The straps are comfortable and do not cut into your feet. These are amazing! I am going to get a back up pair.

Perfect! I ordered these shoes in the Camelot Nubuck and love the color. I wear 6W (bunions) and the fit is perfect, plenty of cushioning, and I can wear them comfortably for hours. Thanks Zappos for your continued wonderful service and quick shipments.

I bought this sandal in the Saddle Tan 9.5 Narrow. The sandal is beautiful, and great to walk in. I carried my baby girl around for 3 hours the other day, while wearing these sandals, and had no problems. And the little heel gives it a great summer style. My only complaint is that it is not quite narrow enough. The shoes slip off too easily. But they are so cute it's worth it! Thank you, Zappos, your store is remarkable. I appreciate the high level of service you've provided for years for both myself and my children. Happy summer!

I got these in the Sage color which is really nice. Not green but more interesting than tan or beige. The shoes look really nice with the nubuck top with little details. The heel is a comfortable height and there is a lot of cushioning. The only thing I wish I could change is the lining and the footbed which are smooth plastic. If they used a sueded material on the footbed it would be more comfortable. There is a little strip of this in the middle of the sole but I would prefer more and less stitching under the foot.

I love this style, and the heel is a great height. They were a little stiff the first few wearings but feel great now. I am so happy to find comfortable narrow shoes!

Love these shoes! Very comfortable and stylish. They look cute with shorts and capri pants. Not the most padded shoes but they are pretty comfortable.

They are pretty comfortable. I need quality padded shoes for heels spur. These are as cushy as I'd like, but for normal feet they'd be wonderful. Fit true (8.5 ww) and look good.

Really nice looking shoe, but can't comment on size or arch support. I usually wear 8.5WW, but couldn't even get my foot into the first set of straps. Definitely much narrower than expected, as I've never had this kind of problem with Naturalizers before. Ordered some Naturalizer loafers (Jonella) as well and they were a narrow fit too (toe box was uncomfortably snug). Disappointing.

Very Comfortable!
I have a large wide foot and these were available in WW! It is very hard to find shoes that will fit my wide foot. I ordered 10WW and I think they are almost too wide once you wear them a few times and they stretch out. I've worn mine too many times to return, but they are soooo comfortable! I had an issue with one of the threads coming loose in the back and I had worn them one day and they let me exchange them for a new pair! I love Zappos!

This shoe is great, looks good. I like Naturalizers, because they come in narrow. I have problems with sandals, because they are usually too wide.

This shoes looks good and is comfortable, but it is very loose. I ordered a narrow, but it still doesn't fit snugly on my foot. I have a high arch and the top is still loose on my foot. Possibly a half size smaller would have made the shoe fit better in width.

Fabulous comfort -- not too dowdy -
Really really comfortable. I work in a bookstore and so spend a lot of time on my feet. I also wanted a shoe that would feel good in the hot summer months. These totally fit the bill (as well as my feet). Okay, they're not the apex of hip but that wasn't what I was looking for.
I think I could walk a million miles in these.

Your people know what is the most important thing to do to bring customers back time after time after time. You can have an excellent product, but if the customer doesn't feel important, it makes no difference what one is selling. Too bad more people in the business world don't apply
