Shoe Size: Felt true to size

A wow color. I love color; they are well made, but one shoe's elastic on the heel strap was a smidgen longer making it unwearable for me. The sole is slick and stiff. I'd have to add some texture to the sole such as a light sanding. The shoe box was comfortable the short time I walked in it on carpet. The right shoe kept falling off. I so wanted this shoe to work. A size smaller would not fit due to the length being perfect otherwise. I'd rate this a 'sitting pretty' shoe not a 'walk all day' shoe.

 |  | Zappos rocks, you so made my nine year old son’s day. We went looking for new DC shoes last Sunday and spent 3 hours only to find out that his shoe size was 6.5 right between boy’s and men's. The stores had no selection in either. We were told by one salesperson that most boys skip that size so they don't carry many. He was very disappointed, I suggested ordering from you guys that night and he didn't want to wait for shipping. I told him Zappos was quick, but he wanted to try stores again, so we did on Tuesday evening and came home empty handed again. We got online, ordered a pair he liked (there were so many to chose from in the size we needed) at 9:30 that night. Of course he was all about when would they be here, again I told him how quick you are at shipping and that probably Thursday at the latest Friday. He came home from school on Wednesday and they were on the front porch. He was so happy!!! Loved the shoes and can't wait to order another pair. I have told other people how fast they got here and no one believes that is even possible. I don't know how you do it, but thanks so much. You're the best.
