Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked
Shoe Arch: No arch support
Very cute shoe, but not worth the price. The leather, though very fine and soft, is also extremely thin. I\'ve only had mine for three weeks and already the toe has worn through (just from walking around work!).

Great flat for work -
When I first ordered this shoe, I requested a 36.5 and found the inner seam rubbed the side of my foot. I ordered the 37 (half size up) and found it fit much better. If you are concerned the heel will slip with a larger size, it helps to add a heel insert and shoe tape on the seam. After an initial break in period, these shoes are very comfortable and make a great addition to my work and weekend wardrobe.

I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
