These shoes work for me because they have the expected support of a good tennis shoe, but they are not bulky and heavy like other brands. They took one time to get used to, and now they feel broken in. They ran true to size for me. I like the look a lot too. The ankle support is good and the lateral support is great.

 |  | I know many times all you hear about are complaints, but this note is just to let you know that out of all my experiences with websites and purchasing online (which I do a lot of), your website, your ordering process, and your return process is the easiest I have ever experienced. I just a placed an order, and it was just like “1, 2, 3,” and I had made my purchase. I have ordered from you before, and unfortunately had to make some returns, but it was a breeze to return. Don't think I will ever purchase shoes from another retailer again. Thank you for such pleasant experiences!!
